What counts as a viewing minute?
The minutes people spend watching your videos through a shared link. Watching your own videos inside your library never counts against your quota.
What happens if I use all 500 minutes?
We let you know when you reach 80 percent. If you run out, your links stay live but playback pauses until your month renews. Add a minute pack and playback resumes instantly.
Do unused minutes roll over?
Your monthly 500 reset each billing cycle. Extra minute packs are different: they last 6 months from purchase.
What happens when my trial ends?
Upgrade to Nulu Pro and everything continues exactly where you left it. If you do not upgrade, your account and your links are paused.
Why is Nulu so much cheaper than other platforms?
We built Nulu lean on purpose. Recording happens in your browser, we skip the enterprise sales machine, and we price for what people actually use instead of selling unlimited plans most people never touch.
Is there a storage limit?
